Jiangsu CEL Battery Co. , ltd , is a specialized enterprise engaged in research, production and sale of Friendly Environment Ni-MH rechargeable batteries, Li-polymer batteries, founded in April,2002, the predecessor was Shenzhen E-power Battery Co. , ltd founded in June,1999, the company have 2 modern plants in Shenzhen and Jiangsu with the area of about 15000m² and undeveloped area about 30000m².

Engaged two commissioners who are the members of battery experts commission in 863 project as senior consultant we have 6 doctors and masters major in Electric-chemistry, more than 50 bachelors and technicians. we set up a quality team who stricktly contron the production process from the purchase of raw materials to delivery of finished-product.
